The Managing Authority for the Programmes «Environment and Climate Change» and “Civil Protection”, was established in October 2022.
Η Διαχειριστική Αρχή έχει ως σκοπό την άσκηση των αρμοδιοτήτων διαχείρισης των Προγραμμάτων ευθύνης της, στο πλαίσιο του ΕΣΠΑ 2021-2027, σύμφωνα με τα άρθρα 7 και 8 του ν. The Managing Authority is responsible for the management and monitoring of the Programmes, within the framework of the NSRF 2021-2027, in accordance with articles 7 and 8 of Law 4914/2022 and the Management and Control System. At the same time, it undertakes the responsibilities of Intermediate Management Body for priority axes 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 14B of the O.P. “Transport Infrastructures, Environment and Sustainable Development” 2014-2020, with the exception of the funds of axis 14 assigned to regional M.As. It has also assumed the responsibilities of an Intermediate Management Body for Technical Assistance funds of priority axes 15 and 16 for the Environment Sector of the O.P. “Transport Infrastructures, Environment and Sustainable Development” 2014-2020. The Managing Authority is responsible for the management and monitoring of the Programmes, within the framework of the NSRF 2021-2027, in accordance with articles 7 and 8 of Law 4914/2022 and the Management and Control System. At the same time, it undertakes the responsibilities of Intermediate Management Body for priority axes 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 14B of the O.P.
